DanceWorks Chicago and the Chicago High School for the Arts

DanceWorks Chicago and the Chicago High School for the Arts

Dear Friends,

DanceWorks Chicago is pleased to be an arts partner with
the Chicago High
School for the Arts, a four-year college preparatory public
high school
opening with a freshman class in September 2009. As DWC is
committed to
building a foundation for the individual artistic growth of
dancers and
choreographers, we are especially excited about the
opportunity to
contribute to the development of aspiring dancers working
at the high
school level in this important addition to the city's
educational and
cultural offerings.

DanceWorks Chicago has been invited to lead the dance
component of the
first workshop for prospective students and their parents
addressing the
audition and admissions process to be held at the Joy Faith
Knapp Music
Center, 38 S. Peoria, Chicago on Monday, November 10, 2008.

With warm regards,
