Butterfly, one of the top female tap dancers in the world!
Ms.
Butterfly is offering special master classes appropriate
for beginning,
intermediate & advanced dancers while she is here! Classes
are open to
the public, and university students and other local studios
will be
registering soon. Please be sure to sign up now so that you
don't miss
out on this awesome opportunity! Classes are $40.00 each.
Observers are
also welcome-the cost is $15.00.
Widely regarded as one of the most trendsetting female
voices on the
international tap scene, Roxane is also the Artistic
Director of
BeauteeZ'n The Beat and World Beats. She is a close
colleague of the
late Gregory Hines & the protégé of living tap legend Dr.
Jimmy Slyde!
Roxane has an extensive and distinguished resume, touring
all over the
world-the US, Canada, West Africa, Sri-Lanka, Korea,
Israel, Russia,
Slovania, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy, France,
Spain, England,
Holland, Austria, Spain, Germany, & Israel!
This year, we are also excited to present Miss Butterfly in
concert
with Jade Dance Project, Lumière Studio Company, Crunch!
Productions,
and Sarah Mason. Tickets for the
November 10th performance at Mount Nittany Middle School
