Voices Project with performances December 7-9th at Links Hall



We are seeking a diverse cast with backgrounds in Acting, Dance and

Physical Theatre to represent the diversity of the City of Chicago.



Ensemble created performance, some physical theatre, music, and writing

Actor Auditions: 9/21 7:30-9:30pm

prepare a storytelling monologue

Dance and Physical Theatre Workshop Auditions 9/23 3-5pm

In the fall of 2006, Danztheatre launched The Voices Project. This

project has as its mission the creation of socially-conscious works

that will both illuminate important sociopolitical issues and help

raise awareness for organizations who do work surrounding those

issues. Voices 2007: Chicago will have at its core true stories

collected Chicagoans; the pieces that emerge will reflect the

diversity, strength and warmth that is the backbone of our city's

culture.
