July is Hip Hop Heritage Month in Chicago and to commemorate: check out, participate, or tell a friend about the event that's to take place below

Three nights of competition and one night to decide whose King. This event is calling ALL managers, mc's, producers and fans of independent hip hop.

$500 of Cold Hard Cash to the winner...
Also, your own show & YOU are the star!!!

Competition nights held at three fabulous locations throughout the Chicagoland area

Sunday July 26: Doggie Inn (5525 W. North Av)
Tuesday July 28: Exedus II (3477 N. Clark St)
Wednesday July 29: Funky Buddha (728 W Grand Av)

And the final night where the winners of the 3 competition nights will compete to be King

Friday July 31: Englwood Multicultural Center (6011 S. Justine St)

All MC's can enter by coming to one of the three competition dates on July 26th, 28th or 29th. Arrive at 9pm to sign up and early arrival is strongly suggested if you are looking to compete that day.

Bring your own track, best game and the fans to back you up.

Three judges will be there to determine if you're good enough to make it to the finals. So as the slogan goes for Chicago's Hip Hop King "Go Hard or Go Home"
